  Really? You close at 10pm. We pulled into the drive through at 9:30pm. You IGNORE us on the speaker, and then IGNORE us when I knock on the door to see if just ...maybe... your headset wasn't working, thinking it's probably a mistake. Hey, they happen. But then I just loved that little smirk on your face when you heard me knocking, and you were telling yourself 9:30 is the same as 10:00, since your boss isn't there. That's just adorable. I guess I should count myself lucky I didn't get a chance to order anything, because you probably would've sent us away with something awful, anyway. 5 star customer service at its finest. Google needs to just go ahead and update the hours, and y'all can throw away your "drive through open" sign.

  Piss poor service to say the least!! After multiple complaints to management and higher nothing has changed. The food is always cold, the restaurant and parking lot are always nasty, the employees are on Facebook in the drive thru... I mean there aren't the words to explain how much this place sucks. Not to mention that they won't even take your order if you arrive a minute past 9:30 but they supposedly close at 10pm. And don't dare call into the restaurant to complain. They won't answer the phone! Ridiculous

  Slow service, semi cold food , untrained employees, and bad customer service to quickly sum it up. Two of the employees didn't know how to work the register which didn't help. They all chatted with each other behind the counter and with at least one guy who came in from outside that wasn't a worker. I wouldn't recommend visiting.

  Since i do have to put a star i choose 1 i would give zero, i show up after driving 3 hours straight, its 10:15 am yours supposed to open at 10:00 am but yet the doors are locked, lights on and employee cars in parking lot, me and a black lady who is an employee make eye contact and she just walks away. I will be filing a official complaint to Corporate Office.
